I made your change and the noise from the door panel it seems reduced.
It remains the noise coming from the dashboard, between passenger airbags and navigator.
Ideas?

I don't suffer from such noise - my CRV runs so quiet ans smooth.
The only irritating noise I had some weeks ago was caused by some chewinggum tablets clanking in their plastic bottle which I had deposed in the center console's cupholder... 
I propose you remove the glove compartment (AFAIR just 2 screws at the bottom) and have a look, if there is something loose under the dashboard...

Ich habe mir die letzten zwei Wochen einen Wolf gesucht und nicht gefunden, woher dieses seltsame Klappergeräusch kam......jetzt ist es weg. -
Haha, nach 135.000 km und fast 5 Jahren habe ich das Vibrieren der Plastikverkleidung hinter dem Türgriff jetzt endlich auch abgestellt!

Hallo zusammen, bei meinem CRV Baujahr 2018 klappert seit diesem Winter im Bereich des Handschuhfach irgend ein Teil. War schon 2 x mal beim HH. Er meint es könnte das Schloss sein. Hat es auch etwas nachgestellt und die Abdeckung der Griffmulden in den vorderen Türen mit Schaumstoff ausgefüllt.Leider ohne Erfolg. Das Geräusch ist immer noch da. Mal mehr mal weniger. Für Tips woran es liegen könnte wäre ich sehr dankbar
